When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been processed and submitted to the manufacturer, you can expect 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on where you live.

 

Can I track my order?

Indeed! When your item has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This excludes floor clocks and Canadian Hot Buys.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - just email george@dublinclockworks.com with your desired order and delivery address.

 

What if my item(s) are out of stock?

Sometimes manufacturers are temporarily out stock on certain items - if the item is out of stock you will be notified and we will do our utmost to get you your order ASAP.

 

Why are delivery charges not evaluated until checkout?

Delivery costs depend on your area code; therefore they aren't evaluated until checkout (when you enter your delivery address).

 

Returns & Exchanges

What if I'm not completely satisfied with my order?

We want you to love your order - if you aren't completely satisfied, send it back for a full refund. All returns must take place within 14 days of delivery. Both the original shipping costs and the return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please see Return Policy for more information.

 

What if my item is damaged?

Please see our Return Policy section - we will make sure you are 100% looked after!

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the transaction.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please email DublnClockworks.com as soon as possible. We generally cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped from the manufacturer - the sooner you call us the better chance we have of being able to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, you may need to return your item. Please see Return Policy for details.
