Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return for a refund or exchange. Email george@dublinclockworks.com with the Subject: "Request for Return." You will receive a follow-up email within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Any product must be received at our warehouse or at the manufacturer's warehouse  within 14 days, and be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging. Any items not returned in their original packaging, used and received after 14 days of invoicing will not be considered for refund.

We will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product upon the receipt and inspection of your return. Both the original shipping costs and the return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing.

Please note the time it takes for refunds to post to your account may vary greatly depending on your bank and/or credit card merchant. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

DublinClockworks.com cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

 

Damaged Goods

Minor Damage

If your item suffers minor damage in transit, please know that replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge (including shipping). We have carefully screened all our manufacturers to ensure they provide helpful assistance in identifying damaged or missing parts and provide a toll-free number for this service. Consequently, the most efficient method for ordering additional parts is to call the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer's toll-free number is located in the assembly instructions booklet.

Severe Damage

If the damage to your merchandise is severe, refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Please contact george@dublinclockworks.com to inform us of the refusal. Once the items are returned to us, we will ship the replacement item(s). You are not responsible for shipping charges on the second delivery.

All defective merchandise will gladly be replaced repaired and shipped back at no additional charge.
